Grupo Hespérides has developed the first low alcohol beverage through the natural and monitored alcoholic fermentation of orange juice. This is an innovative product with no precedents on the market.

Now, the company plans to develop the acetous fermentation of this beverage in order to obtain a new line of orange vinegars: sweet, bitter and ecofriendly.
